In your own time
We know teachers' days are full, and that a lot of the thinking happens after the bell, in the evening or at the weekend. Get in touch whenever it suits you.
No pushy sales and no obligation. Tell us the best time to reach you and we'll fit around you. We're happy to answer questions, show you how it works, or just leave you with something to read.
Rather talk?
Give us a call, or leave a message in our chat at any time and we'll get back to you.
Why we ask you to email first
School email filters, such as Mimecast, Microsoft 365 and Smoothwall, protect staff from scams and phishing. They trust senders they already know and are wary of anyone new.
The first email from an address your school has never heard from has no history, so it is often held in quarantine or quietly dropped, especially if it contains links. Nobody sees it, and nobody is told.
When you email us first, your filter sees a member of staff choosing to contact us. Many filters then treat our address as trusted, so our reply lands in your inbox.
Still not getting our emails?
Your IT team or network manager can tell your email filter to trust edenfiftyone.com. This fixes it for everyone at your school. Press the button to open a ready-made request, then add their address and send it.
